Sister Maria Clemens is from South Dakota, one of five children born to Ronald and Donna Wolf. She graduated from Black Hills State University with a Bachelor’s in Elementary and Special Education and received her Master’s in Special Education from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA. She is currently working on her master’s in theology from Franciscan University in Steubenville, OH.
She entered the Dominican Sisters in 2000 and made her final vows in 2007. She has taught all grade levels from pre-k to 8th in Tennessee, Virginia, Illinois, and Georgia as well as cooking for the sisters in our Motherhouse. She is very excited to be teaching in Birmingham, AL and greatly looking forward to teaching CGS in the Atrium. When not working, she enjoys cooking, quilting, crocheting, walking, and reading.
