Employment Policies

To work at Saint Rose Academy is an honor granted to those chosen by God to stand before His children and bring each soul closer to Him. Those seeking employment are asked to discern if their personal mission and philosophy of education is united to that of Saint Rose Academy.
Applicants are expected to complete an application prior to employment. Applicants considered for employment will be asked to attend an interview to determine whether the applicant possesses skills needed to perform the job requirements and lives a life consistent with the mission of the Catholic church and Saint Rose Academy in particular.

Reference checks are conducted for all applicants. A minimum of three references (two professional and one personal reference) is required.

Criminal history and sexual offender registry checks are conducted for all applicants. Saint Rose Academy has zero tolerance for abuse and will not tolerate the mistreatment or abuse of children or coworkers in its programs. Any mistreatment or abuse by an employee or volunteer will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or volunteer service and cooperation with law enforcement.
